NOTE:
If you are staying at The Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis St. Charles, there is a complimentary happy hour each evening with food and drinks provided by the hotel from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. On Friday evening, be sure to come and hang out with some of the Jaguar staff from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the hotel reception area.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: (hotel stay is not included in your conference registration)
We recommend that you choose to stay on-site to make the most of your conference experience. Hotel amenities include:
- Complimentary Hot Breakfast is included with your hotel stay (6:00 - 9:30am on weekdays, 7:00 - 10:00am on weekends). Enjoy scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, potatoes, pastries, the desperately needed coffee and more!
- Complimentary Evening Drinks and Snacks - available each evening from 5:30 - 7:00pm for hotel guests. The hotel features a rotating menu of hot food, beer, wine, mixed drinks and soft drinks.
- Complimentary WI-FI throughout the hotel
- On-Site Facilities - Take advantage of the business center, fitness center or pool during your stay. Print boarding passes, finish a presentation or check e-mail in the Hotel's business center.

Our 2026 negotiated hotel rates are:
- 2 Queen Beds - $118/night + tax
- 1 King Bed - $138/night + tax
There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate. The rate expires on 12/15/25 or whenever our block of rooms is completely sold out -- whichever comes first.
Individual reservations must be cancelled prior to 12:00pm on the day before the reservation's confirmed date of arrival in order to avoid a non-refundable fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Hotel requires a valid payment card and photo ID to be presented at check in. Check In Time: 3:00pm. Check Out Time: 11:00am. Arrangements may be requested for baggage storage with the Hotel's front desk staff.
Conference registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable
